Description Robert Half has partnered with a growing hospitality company in Denver in search of a Controller! The ideal candidate for the Controller position would have an active CPA license, strong leadership and construction experience! The Controller position is paying $130,000-$180,000! The Controller will be responsible for the following: + Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. + Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance. + Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders. + Manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors. + Monitor cash flow and financial performance, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvement. + Provide financial insights to guide strategic planning and decision-making.
