Summary: The Controller has overall responsibility for the accuracy and timely preparation of the company financial statements and must provide strong financial leadership to direct reports and other administrative staff who post the accounting entries. The Controller is the primary liaison with our internal and external Accounting Professionals and has overall responsibility for providing the trial balances, cash flow statements, and any other work papers in support of our Annual Review and Collateral Audits with our multiple lenders.
