Location: Remote/Hybrid

Job Summary:

Luke & Associates Inc. is looking for a skilled Controller to oversee our accounting activities and ensure accurate financial reporting. This role involves collaborating with the executive team and board to forecast, budget, and make data-driven decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA required2-4 years of experience managing or supervising a finance teamExperience with government contracts is a plusStrong understanding of US GAAPKnowledge of global ERP and consolidation software systems (e.g., Unanet, Deltek, Management Reporting)

Core Duties and Additional Skills:

Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statementsEstablish processes for accurate forecasting and budgeting of the P&L, balance sheet, and Statement of Cash FlowsCoordinate and direct year-end auditsManage all accounting operations for the businessEstablish, monitor, and enforce internal controls for asset projectionConduct month-end and quarter-end analytics, including P&L and balance sheet flux analysisCollaborate with local finance/accounting teams to ensure compliance with global processes and policiesPerform ad-hoc technical accounting research on US GAAP-related issuesOwn the close calendar
