Description Mid to larger size and growing rapidly distribution company located in Central NJ is seeking a high energy Controller to add to their team. This position will be the TOP Finance / Accounting position in the company and reporting directly to the President and Sr. leadership of this $300M+ revenue company. This HANDS-ON position will be responsible for Month End Close, Preparation of the Financial Statements, some pricing analysis and general accounting and accounting operations functions. Will supervise a team of 4-6 accounting professionals. Looking for 7+ years of strong hands-on accounting experience working in mid-size distribution or manufacturing companies. Must have experience working with Inventory. Will also assist with working with the Auditors, outside Bankers, as well and year end accounting responsibilities. CPA preferred but not required. The position is ONSITE 5x a week at their office in Central NJ with no hybrid options so must be OK with working in the office. The company offers a competitive compensation package in the $150-200K range depending on experience plus bonus and including good benefits.
