Description We are in search of a Controller to join our team based in Asheboro, North Carolina. In this role, you will perform various functions related to financial forecasting, financial statement analysis, and accounting software systems management. You will also be involved in human resources related tasks and cost reduction initiatives. Responsibilities: • Analyze financial statements including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow for accurate record-keeping. • Develop and maintain financial forecasts to support business planning. • Handle daily cash posting and accounts payable posting with precision. • Oversee computer network maintenance to ensure seamless operations. • Manage human resources tasks such as new employee sign-up, handling 401k and insurance questions. • Handle payroll management including basic hourly/salary, commission calculation, and payment. • Utilize RIMMS software for various financial operations. • Generate comprehensive financial reports including additional business aspects. • Manage banking tasks including daily deposit and bank reconciliations. • Demonstrate responsiveness and effective communication with CPA Firm, Owner, etc. • Perform budgeting tasks and implement cost reduction strategies. • Utilize various skills such as 3M, Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, Crystal Reports, Accounting Functions, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Auditing, and Budget Processes.
