Description Responsibilities: • Oversee the entire accounting team, ensuring efficient and effective operations. • Conduct regular training for the accounting team to enhance their skills and knowledge. • Request, collect, and compile necessary financial documents for auditing and reporting purposes. • Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial reports, ensuring transparency and compliance. • Maintain the company's financial health and stability, implementing strategies to optimize financial performance. • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, mitigating risks and legal challenges. • Formulate and revise financial policies, promoting their implementation across the organization. • Analyze costs, pricing, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to business plans, providing insights for decision-making. • Develop comprehensive forecasts for the firm’s finances, enabling proactive financial planning and management. • Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients, offering clear and concise financial insights. • Advise on investment activities and provide strategic financial advice, contributing to the firm's financial growth and stability.
