Description We are offering a role for a Controller with Mergers and Acquisition experience - 100% remote. This role is part of the finance industry and requires a hands-on approach due to the size of our team. The role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Manage the process of closing the books and conducting variance analysis to ensure accurate financial records • Participate in Mergers and Acquisitions (M& A) integration efforts to streamline financial processes and systems • Maintain and manage the use of Sage Intacct software for all financial operations • Utilize Excel for various accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency • Communicate financial information effectively, both verbally and in writing, to the CEO and PE owners • Engage in software service and implementation tasks as needed • Hold a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification or similar and utilize this expertise in daily tasks • Oversee financial reporting processes to ensure transparency and compliance.
