We are seeking a skilled Multi-Plant Controller to join our team. This is an outstanding opportunity to drive financial performance across two dynamic plants while contributing to Emerson's continued success. In this role, you will report directly to the U.S. Controller and work closely with the plant managers at two of our Texas locations.
Our Houston facility specializes in Engineer-to-Order (ETO) operations, featuring an aluminum foundry, machining, and assembly. Our Stephenville facility focuses on steel stamping and light assembly. This opportunity is based at either our Houston, Texas or Stephenville, Texas facility.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Oversee month-end close, financial statements, and ensure compliance with corporate deadlines Analyze and report financial data to assess profitability and performance against budget. Lead internal, independent, and governmental financial audits Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and analyze variances while managing planning procedures Collaborate with management to ensure accurate financial reporting Contribute to strategic planning and direction as part of the facility's leadership teamWho You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration with accounting and finance focus Minimum of 3 years of experience Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experiencePreferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
