Position: Controller
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Controller to oversee all accounting and financial operations. This role involves managing the company's books, handling monthly billings, and maintaining comprehensive financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
Take full charge of bookkeeping and financial records.Manage and oversee monthly billings.Supervise financial accounts and ensure accuracy.Oversee monthly billings and contracts.Prepare and generate necessary backups, breakdowns, reports, and bank documents.Collaborate with project managers to generate and monitor monthly Work in Progress (WIP) statements.Required Skills:
Proficiency in accounting and accounting software.Expertise in construction accounting, WIP, NTO, AIA, and insurance.Strong knowledge of general ledger, financial statements, and financial reporting.Experience with journal entries, GAAP, cost accounting, and job costing.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.Competence in month-end processes, finance, reporting, reconciliation, audit, accounts payable, budgeting, accounts receivable, forecasting, balance sheet, financial analysis, bank reconciliation, fixed asset management, and cost analysis.Top Skills:

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00
