Description Robert Half is seeking a Controller capable of overseeing budgeting and planning processes, ensuring accurate financial reports, and creating financial objectives that align with our growth plans. A key part of this role includes presenting financial data to the board of directors, conducting financial risk and benefit analyses, and leading cost-saving initiatives. The Finance Manager will also mentor staff, oversee financial audits, and implement new financial regulations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skill and expertise in financial systems and ERP processes.
