Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in Texas City, Texas for a Controller within the industry. This role primarily involves overseeing accounting functions, utilizing various software systems, and managing financial services. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage all general ledger accounting functions • Utilize 3M and other accounting software systems for efficient financial management • Work with ADP for financial services to ensure smooth financial operations • Use CRM to manage and analyze customer interactions and data • Prepare and analyze reports using Crystal Reports to support strategic financial decisions • Supervise the processes for accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) to ensure accuracy and timeliness • Conduct regular auditing to ensure compliance and accuracy of financial data • Oversee and manage budget processes, planning, and implementation • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues as needed • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary Requirements • Position title: Controller • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required • Proficiency in utilizing Accounting Software Systems • Experience with ADP - Financial Services is necessary • Ability to operate CRM effectively • Competence in using Crystal Reports • Proven knowledge of Accounting Functions • Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) • Proficiency in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) • Solid experience in Auditing processes • Proficiency in managing Budget Processes Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
