Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Controller in Gaither, Maryland. In this role, you will be responsible for various accounting functions, cash flow analysis and financial reporting using NetSuite. This job function is primarily based in the industry of accounting and finance. Responsibilities: • Accurately handle all accounting tasks and operations • Conduct cash flow analysis to monitor company's financial status • Generate financial reports to provide an overall view of the company's financial position • Efficiently use NetSuite for all financial operations and reporting • Keep track of and resolve all financial discrepancies • Ensure all financial data is updated and accurate • Develop and implement effective financial strategies • Collaborate with the team to ensure all financial targets are met • Maintain confidentiality of all financial data • Stay updated with the latest accounting methods and regulations. Requirements • Proficient in all aspects of Accounting Functions • Demonstrated ability in Cash Flow Analysis • Solid experience in Financial Reporting • Proficiency in using NetSuite software • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field • Proven experience as a Controller or similar role • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail • Excellent leadership and team management skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is preferred Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
