Responsibilities of the Controller includes but not limited to:\r\nLeads the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.\r\nWeekly Flash Report preparation.\r\nEnsures integrity of financial reporting: complete, accurate and timely and consistent with GAAP.\r\nEnsures that appropriate internal controls are in place and are developed, improved and maintained, inclusive of timely preparation of account reconciliations.\r\n\r\n
