Job Description
We are seeking a Controller who will play a crucial role in our finance team. This position involves cost analysis, weekly forecasting, and budgeting. The Controller will collaborate closely with department heads to enhance understanding of budgeting and forecasting, and address costing challenges due to recent ERP implementation.
Responsibilities
+ Conduct cost analysis and manage the bill of materials.
+ Perform weekly forecasting in collaboration with department heads.
+ Handle budgeting processes, particularly in the 3rd and 4th quarters of the year.
+ Work with plant department heads to enhance their understanding of budgeting and forecasting.
+ Address costing issues related to inconsistencies in the bill of materials.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
+ Minimum 5 years of experience partnering with department heads on budgeting and forecasting.
+ Experience in a plant with revenue around $60 million or similar size.
+ Ability to work within a larger organization while understanding the dynamics of a smaller, local team.
Work Environment
The role is based in a manufacturing environment. You will initially work on-site 5 days a week, with the potential to shift to 4 days on-site and 1 day remote after acclimation. The position involves collaboration with plant department heads and addressing ERP implementation challenges. The products manufactured include disposal boxes for old syringes.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $125000.00
