Impact Recruitment has partnered with an established technology company in search of an experienced Controller. The ideal candidate will be a designated CPA with more than 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

About the Position:
Reporting to the director of finance, the controller will be responsible for but not limited to:Oversee accounting operations, manage a small team, and streamline internal controls.Implement and optimize financial systems, including ERP integrations.Develop detailed budgets, forecasts, and performance tracking metrics.Manage investor relations, funding strategies, and collaborate with external auditors.Ensure compliance with tax filings, audits, and lender requirements.Analyze financial data to support investments, pricing, and contracts.Create and manage financial models to project revenue and cash flow.Oversee month-end and year-end financial reporting requirements.Perform ad hoc duties as needed.Requirements:Designated CPA7+ years of accounting experience.Experience working in healthcare, tech or SaaS industry.Compensation & Benefits:Salary: $125,000 to $135,000RRSP matchingExtended health and dentalHealth spending account
