Description Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Controller to oversee our financial operations and ensure the integrity of our financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial concepts and practices, along with experience in managing accounting functions. As the Corporate Controller, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with GAAP standards. Duties + Manage the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP. + Oversee balance sheet reconciliation and account analysis to maintain the integrity of financial data. + Prepare detailed financial reports for management, highlighting key insights and trends. + Conduct budgeting processes to support organizational goals and objectives. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that drive business decisions. + Monitor cash flow and manage working capital effectively. + Supervise employees performing financial reporting, accounting, billing and budgeting duties. Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field + Proven experience as a Corporate Controller or similar role. + Strong knowledge of balance sheet reconciliation, account analysis, and financial report writing. + CPA highly preferred + In-depth understanding of GAAP principles and financial concepts. + Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. + Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. + Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex financial information clearly.
