Responsibilities: + Handle financial statement preparation on a monthly basis + Conduct account reconciliations, including bank, investment, and PayPal accounts + Oversee credit card reconciliation processes + Keep track of fixed assets and payroll allocations + Manage loan amortization tracking and prepaid schedules + Supervise vendor management, process and code bills, and execute approved payment disbursements + Ensure timely completion of compliance requirements, including Form 990 filing coordination and PA Charity registration renewal + Coordinate annual financial statement audit process and maintain audit support documentation + Attend and provide support for Board of Directors meetings, prepare financial schedules for board calls + Develop and maintain annual budgets and reforecasts, and conduct financial analysis as needed.
