Description We are seeking a Controller to join our client's team located in the Robbinsville, New Jersey area. As a key member of the finance department in the manufacturing sector, the Controller will supervise team members and will be responsible for updating the company's financial records. Responsibilities: • Examining financial data and preparing precise reports to aid strategic decision-making • Implementing and managing the EPICOR system to enhance financial operations • Supervising the accounts payable and accounts receivable teams to ensure accurate and timely financial management • Overseeing the close process, including conducting detailed analysis and accruals • Ensuring compliance with GAAP and IFRS Accounting standards • Applying financial expertise to assist with cost accounting tasks • Guiding the Senior Accountant and fostering their detail-oriented growth • Supervising the management of company benefits, ensuring compliance and optimization • Taking over for the retiring controller and ensuring a seamless transition of responsibilities Requirements • Proficiency in Financial Analysis is required • Experience with Epicor software is necessary • Must have a solid understanding of Accruals • Expertise in GAAP Accounting is essential • Knowledge of IFRS Accounting is a must • Familiarity with Construction Cost management is expected • Experience in the Manufacturing sector is preferred Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
