Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Manager in the commercial services sector, based in Los Angeles, California. Responsibilities: • Liaise with external accounting firms to gather necessary financial data • Utilize proficiency in QuickBooks desktop • • Ensure accurate financial reporting, adhering to established standards and regulations • Conduct audits on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable • Perform month end close and produce financial statements • Leverage start-up experience to streamline financial operations and processes. Requirements • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role or related field • Mastery in month end close • Proficiency in QuickBooks desktop version • Proven track record in managing AP, AR and payroll • Proficiency in preparing comprehensive financial statements • Expertise in financial reporting and analysis.
