Job Description
Perform internal and external financial reporting and provide technical accounting support for accounting and financial reporting functions. Prepare consolidating and consolidated financial statements and related footnote disclosures to support the company’s quarterly and annual requirements and other internal financial statement requirements. Supervise daily recording of bank activity, ensure completeness and accuracy of all bank and loan accounts including monthly reconciliations. Perform the preparation of monthly close variance analysis, research and obtain support for significant variances. Prepare and distribute monthly internal financial report packages. Assist in the preparation of quarterly and ad hoc board and bank presentations. Review the accounting of the various branches and act as a key contact for external auditors, ensuring compliance with new accounting pronouncements and interpretations issued by the FASB and other authoritative sources. Assist with research on new accounting pronouncements and interpretations and analyze their impact on the business and loan covenants. Review and distribute debt covenant calculations, compliance certificates, and any reporting requirements. Assist with various reporting requirements and presentations for senior management.

This position allows for a hybrid work schedule with 1 day onsite and 4 days working from home. The team consists of the CFO, Controller (this opening), Accounting Manager, Financial Analyst, and each business unit has its own support team including an AP Manager, AR Manager, and Bookkeeper. This position will be primarily an individual contributor role with support for the team as needed.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $165000.00/yr.
