Description
We are inviting applications for the role of Controller based in Tulalip, Washington, United States. The chosen candidate will serve as a pivotal figure in our financial department, overseeing staff, managing internal and external reporting, and engaging in the continuous improvement of our processes.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the preparation and review of complex journal entries
• Supervise staff and provide mentorship, fostering a supportive and productive work environment
• Conduct regular analysis and review of internal controls to ensure financial integrity
• Drive the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Assist in preparing the annual budget, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial guidelines
• Handle both month and year-end reporting, ensuring timely and accurate financial updates
• Leverage your skills in 3M, Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, and Crystal Reports to optimize accounting functions
• Play a key role in system upgrades, assisting teams as necessary
• Ensure the accurate processing and management of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Utilize your auditing skills to ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Oversee budget processes and month-end close procedures
• Exhibit leadership skills in managing team dynamics and enhancing operational efficiency
• Review internal control processes, driving process improvements where necessary.
The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $160,000.

Requirements • Proficient in 3M software
• Extensive knowledge of Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Ability to use Crystal Reports effectively
• Proficiency in handling Accounting Functions
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)
• Expertise in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Solid background in Auditing
• Familiarity with Budget Processes
• Ability to manage Month End Close procedures
• Experience in handling Year End Closings
• Strong Leadership Skills
• Expertise in Internal Control Review
• Proven track record in Process Improvement
