Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the finance industry, located in Minnetonka, Minnesota. We are seeking a Controller who will be integral to our team, overseeing the fiscal operations and strategy of our business. Responsibilities: • Utilize Accounting Software Systems to maintain accurate records and ensure timely financial statement generation. • Implement and observe Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and US GAAP practices, ensuring adherence to regulatory reporting requirements. • Conduct regular internal control reviews to ensure the accuracy of the company's financial data. • Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, incorporating sound fiscal management practices. • Handle cash management duties, closely monitoring company accounts and executing necessary actions. • Prepare for annual audit and tax preparation, ensuring all financial activities are compliant and well-documented. • Produce regular financial reports, including monthly and annual financial reporting. • Show leadership skills by engaging with management, employees, and external service providers. • Use NetSuite and other consolidation processes, managing the company's private equity and consolidations. • Perform other financial activities as required, maintaining the general stewardship of resources.
