Controller

We are assisting our client, a growing company in the finance and accounting sector, in their search for a Controller to oversee financial operations, reporting, and process improvements. This role is hands-on, managing accounting functions, financial reporting, and compliance while working closely with leadership to drive financial strategy. This position will be onsite in the Essex County area of Massachusetts.

Responsibilities:

Oversee accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and complianceManage month-end and year-end closing processesEnsure accuracy in financial records and reportingWork with internal teams and external auditors to maintain complianceAssess and improve accounting processes and internal controlsSupport business decision-making with financial insights

Qualifications:
