Description We are in the market for a proactive Controller to be an integral part of our team in Nashua, New Hampshire. The primary focus of this role revolves around overseeing key financial functions, ensuring accuracy in accounting operations, and fostering an environment of detail-oriented growth and continuous learning. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage the accounting team, fostering an environment that encourages continuous learning and detail-oriented growth. • Directly supervise team members who handle crucial financial functions such as inventory, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. • Encourage collaboration within the accounting team and across different departments to enhance communication and streamline processes. • Lead cross-departmental initiatives to ensure alignment between financial objectives and operational priorities. • Regularly monitor performance, establish clear expectations, and provide feedback to team members to foster a sense of accountability and continuous improvement. • Work closely with Department Heads to address challenges, resolve discrepancies, and implement process improvements in their respective areas of responsibility. • Ensure that all processes are efficient, accurate, and in line with the organization's goals and compliance standards. Requirements • Job Title: Controller Requirements: • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role or related field. • Proficiency in 3M. • Extensive knowledge and experience with Accounting Software Systems. • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services. • Experience with CRM is necessary. • Proficiency in Crystal Reports. • Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions. • Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP). • Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR). • Auditing skills are required. • Familiarity with Budget Processes.
