This role is responsible for managing all accounting functions, ensuring financial integrity, and providing key insights to support decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of professional services financial management, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams to drive business success. If you Key Responsibilities: + Financial Management & Reporting: Oversee all accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations. Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. + Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the development and implementation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans. Monitor performance against budgets, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions. + Internal Controls & Compliance: Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate financial reporting. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits and reviews. + Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with department heads to optimize financial processes and support operational initiatives. Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and increased efficiency within the finance function. + Strategic Analysis & Decision Support: Provide insightful financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management. Support strategic initiatives and business planning, ensuring alignment with overall company goals. + Team Leadership & Development: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance. Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA designation preferred. + Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the professional services industry. + Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
