Description Responsibilities: • Implementing and improving financial processes and procedures to increase efficiency • Proactively developing solutions to financial challenges • Overseeing the use of QuickBooks for managing accounts, no prior experience with QuickBooks required • Managing financial services in a real estate and property setting • Conducting audits and overseeing financial services or lending clients • Streamlining accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Utilizing accounting software systems and CRM to maintain accurate records and process customer credit applications • Generating and analyzing Crystal Reports to aid in financial decision-making • Ensuring compliance with 3M standards in all financial operations • Managing budget processes and providing ADP - Financial Services when necessary. Requirements The ideal candidate will have 10+ years' experience.
