Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the marketing industry for a Controller, located in Marlborough, Massachusetts. The role involves managing and overseeing financial operations, general ledger, consolidations, and project accounting. Responsibilities • Overseeing the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities • Managing the process for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting • Ensuring the accurate processing and recording of the company's accounts payable and receivable • Supervising the auditing process to ensure the company's financial performance is properly represented • Managing consolidations and general ledger functions • Assisting in the integration process of acquisitions • Conducting monthly reporting and developing key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior management • Utilizing SAP for financial operations and reporting • Participating in corporate accounting management and digital marketing initiatives • Liaising with public accounting firms and managing the relationship with external auditors. Requirements • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Controller role or similar capacity • Demonstrated proficiency in ADP - Financial Services • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Proven track record in auditing • In-depth understanding of budget processes • Experience in preparing and analyzing Consolidated Financial Statements • Proficient in Acquisition Integration • Solid experience in managing General Ledger • Strong background in Accounting management • Knowledge in Digital Marketing is a plus Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
