In this role you will report to management and be responsible for the following duties:\r\nAdminister and process weekly payroll through an established electronic system, ensuring labor cost accuracy.\r\nManage payroll disbursements and employee-related financial transactions.\r\nOversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring proper classification and adherence to financial controls.\r\nReview and process vendor and contractor invoices, ensuring accuracy and contract compliance.\r\nIdentify and resolve discrepancies related to invoices, purchase orders, and payments.\r\nEnsure compliance with tax regulations by managing filings for various deductions, levies, and insurance contributions.\r\nOversee employee financial documentation, including compensation records, tax forms, and employment-related financial reporting.\r\nConduct bank reconciliations and generate comprehensive financial reports at month-end.\r\nCoordinate financial procedures related to contract completion and project settlements.\r\nDevelop monthly financial plans, tracking revenue streams, expenditures, and cost allocations.\r\nPerform variance analysis, comparing actual financial performance against projections.\r\nMaintain and update profitability assessments and cost evaluations.\r\nManage month-end accounting procedures, including accruals and expense reclassification.\r\nPrepare financial summaries and reports for leadership review, providing insights into operational efficiencies and budget alignment.\r\n\r\n
