Description We are in search of a Controller to become a part of our team in INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana. In this role, you will be expected to handle various accounting functions, including processing AP/AR, overseeing the general ledger, and managing budget processes. As a Controller, you will also be tasked with using accounting software systems, specifically NetSuite, to streamline financial operations. Responsibilities: • Manage the accounts receivable and payable activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness. • Oversee and lead month-end close activities, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately in the general ledger. • Utilize NetSuite for a variety of accounting functions, enhancing efficiency and accuracy. • Lead budgeting processes, establishing guidelines and ensuring adherence. • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting. • Maintain and update accounting software systems to support financial operations. • Ensure all financial reporting is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
