Description Controller – Commercial Real Estate REFERENCE DS0013174540 Well-established and very financially strong commercial real estate property management company is hiring for a hands-on Controller. Supervising a small team the Controller will be responsible for everything from oversight of AR, AP & Payroll, month end close including general ledger reconciliation and preparation of cash basis financial statements, reviewing tenant leases for compliance, liaison with the external CPA firm for tax compliance and annual CAM reconciliations. The company will consider candidates ready for the next step and those already at the Controller level. The ideal candidate has a BS in Accounting, commercial real estate accounting experience, full month end close experience, GAAP accounting and financial statement preparation, AR, AP, supervisory experience, strong analytical skills and budget preparation and analysis experience. Base salary range of $110,000 - $150,000 plus bonus and great benefits depends on experience.
