**Job Title: Controller** **Location: Arvada, CO (In-office)** **Salary: $120k+ (Based on Experience)** Are you a strategic financial leader looking for a dynamic role in a growing company? We are seeking an experienced **Controller** to oversee and direct the accounting operations, ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** + Manage the daily operations of the Accounting Department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll. + Maintain and implement accounting policies and internal controls to minimize risk. + Oversee financial reporting to ensure compliance with GAAP or IFRS standards. + Develop benchmarks to measure company performance. + Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts, reporting variances to management. + Provide financial analysis on capital investments, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations. + Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation for annual audits. + Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations. + File quarterly and annual reports with the SEC. + Perform other financial duties as needed. **What We’re Looking For:** + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration (required). + 10+ years of related accounting experience. + CPA or CMA certification (preferred). + Strong leadership and supervisory skills. + Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities. + Proficiency in accounting software, tax preparation software, and Microsoft Office Suite. **Additional Details:** + This is a full-time, in-office role based in Arvada, CO. + Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs and travel as needed.
