Description Controller (NetSuite Experience) – Growing Distribution/Construction Company – Santa Fe Springs, CA We are seeking a Controller to join our fast-growing distribution and construction company in Santa Fe Springs, CA. In this role, you’ll lead the finance and accounting department, ensuring financial operations run smoothly and in compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities: + Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes + Prepare and present accurate financial reports for multiple subsidiaries + Lead month-end and year-end closing processes + Conduct financial variance analysis and support budgeting & forecasting + Ensure compliance with sales tax regulations across multiple states + Oversee balance sheet account reconciliations and fixed asset management + Serve as primary liaison with external financial partners (CPA firms, banks) + Prepare ad hoc financial reports to support business decisions Qualifications: + 5+ years in accounting/finance with at least 2 years in a managerial role + Proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP systems + Strong knowledge of GAAP and sales tax compliance + Leadership skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Why Join Us? + Be a key player in a growing company + Opportunities for advancement and impact + Collaborative, fast-paced work environment If you’re a proactive, results-driven Controller with NetSuite experience, we want to hear from you!
