Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Controller in Summerville, South Carolina. The individual will be a part of our team, primarily handling customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. Additionally, they will be tasked with monitoring customer accounts and taking the necessary actions. Responsibilities: • Accurately process customer credit applications • Keep customer credit records precise and up to date • Utilize Accounting Software Systems and CRM for daily tasks • Efficiently handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Conduct auditing tasks and maintain accounting functions • Use 3M, ADP - Financial Services, and Crystal Reports in daily operations • Manage budget processes to ensure financial efficiency • Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary.
