Description

•\tLead month end close through balance sheet reconciliations and preparation of consolidated financial statements for the CFO’s review

•\tResponsible for annual tax compliance and tax provision preparation

•\tLiaison for external audits in addition to completion of audited financial statements and support for calendar year end.

•\tPrepare and present periodic MIS reports for internal departments (Operations, Finance, Legal, Human Resources, etc.)

•\tAssist and Support in periodic TTB – DSP reporting and tax filings

•\tLead accounting project which requires judgment and knowledge of US GAAP

•\tLead P&L modeling in determine project based gross margin profitability

•\tSupport requests from the local entity and various stakeholders throughout the organization

•\tSupport FP&A in annual budget and periodic forecasting processes

•\tEstablish and maintain systems and controls that verify the integrity of all systems, processes and data, and enhance the company’s value.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $135000.00/yr.

Medical Plans: Various coverage tiers with weekly employee contributions depending on the plan and coverage tier.

Life and AD&D Insurance: Guaranteed issue benefit options for employees, spouses, and children, with age reduction factors applied at 65 and 70.

Disability Insurance: Short-term disability offers 60% benefit percentage with a $2,000 weekly maximum, while long-term disability provides 60% benefit percentage with a $10,000 monthly maximum.

Dental and Vision: Coverage options with specific weekly contributions.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA): Medical FSA allows contributions up to $3,200, and Dependent Care FSA allows up to $5,000 annually.

401(k) Plan: Matches 100% of the first 3% and 50% of the next 2% of employee contributions, with eligibility after 6 months of full-time employment.
