Description We are in search of a Controller who can efficiently contribute to our team. Being a crucial part of our team, the Controller will be tasked with overseeing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and managing customer inquiries. Responsibilities: • Oversee the processing of customer credit applications to ensure accuracy and efficiency • Maintain and update customer credit records • Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions • Manage data tables and transfer data as needed • Perform cleanup work post migration • Conduct testing to ensure data integrity • Collaborate with the department to foster a team-oriented environment • Manage projects, demonstrating self-motivation and guidance • Utilize Accounting Software Systems and CRM for various tasks • Conduct auditing and take part in budget processes. Requirements • Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems is essential for this role. • Knowledge and experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems are required. • Must possess strong auditing skills, with a focus on identifying financial discrepancies and implementing corrective measures. • Expertise in managing budget processes, including planning, tracking, and adjusting budgets in response to organizational needs.
