Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Controller. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, ensuring compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements, and preparing accurate financial statements and reports. You will also provide guidance and support to the accounting team and collaborate with other departments to offer financial insights. Responsibilities: • Oversee all aspects of accounting operations, including maintaining accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger reconciliation. • Implement appropriate accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements. • Prepare accurate financial statements and reports for internal stakeholders and external auditors. • Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions as necessary. • Provide guidance and support to the accounting team to enhance their detail-oriented development. • Coordinate the annual budget process and monitor financial performance against budgeted targets. • Maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting. • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that support business objectives. • Utilize accounting software systems such as 3M, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, and Crystal Reports for various accounting functions. Requirements • Possess proficiency in 3M. • Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems. • Experience with ADP - Financial Services. • Proficiency in using CRM. • Knowledge of Crystal Reports. • Ability to handle Accounting Functions. • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP). • Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR). • Strong background in Auditing. • Experience with Budget Processes.
