Description We are currently in search of a Controller to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining our accounting functions, utilizing various software systems, and providing financial services. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in an environment that values hospitality management and efficient budget processes. Responsibilities • Utilize 3M and other Accounting Software Systems to manage and maintain financial records • Employ ADP - Financial Services to manage and oversee the company's financial transactions • Use CRM and Crystal Reports to generate and present financial reports • Oversee all accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and processed • Conduct regular auditing to verify the accuracy of financial transactions and records • Lead the budget processes, including planning, coordination, and implementation • Promote and uphold the principles of hospitality management within the finance department Requirements • Must have proficiency in 3M • Proficient in using Accounting Software Systems • Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required • Must be adept at using CRM • Crystal Reports knowledge is a necessity • Able to handle all Accounting Functions • Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary • Must have experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) • Auditing skills are mandatory • Knowledge in Budget Processes is required • Must have experience in Hospitality management Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
