Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the fulfillment of all required material to support scheduled maintenance visitsIdentify material requirements and resolve best method for acquiring materials, applying on-hand company inventory and/or best sourcing practicesCoordinate and ensure on-hand material availability to meet strict scheduled timelinesSource, Purchase, Monitor, Track, Update and Close Purchase Orders as needed to support your Aircraft’s requirementsAddress and resolve purchase order, paperwork, and shipment discrepanciesSetup internal part numbers to accommodate new demand and ensure compliance within our United internal systemsDevelop and maintain positive relationships with our suppliers and internal United repair shopsCoordinate and supervise shipping and provide shipping status updates to the vital customersTransfer, Monitor, Track and Update internal material Stock Transfers as needed to support your Aircraft’s requirementsIdentify trends and potential supply chain issues and collaborate with business partners to resolve the issue and/or improve the processCoordinate with internal Inventory departments to ensure future inventory plans can support the scheduled maintenance demand moving forwardProblem solve and research alternative means to meet demand requirements when neededCoordinate with internal and external business partners to determine the correct part(s) are being requestedEnsure compliance with all Corporate and Government regulated manuals Provide management oversight to ensure that the supplier is adhering to its specific contractual terms and conditions Attend all audit and other vital meetings for the aircraft you are supportingQualifications

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

Associate’s Degree in aviation management, supply chain, procurement, business or related fields, or comparable work experienceMinimum 2 years’ experience in Materials Management, Materials Coordination or Supply ChainMicrosoft Office proficiencyEffective communication both internally and externallyAbility to work independently in a remote settingMust be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorshipSuccessful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationReliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the positionWhat will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):Experience as an AOG or Base Logistics coordinatorAviation knowledge
The base pay range for this role is $64,885.00 to $88,440.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
