Our commitment to pay range transparency fosters an equitable workplace, where everyone can feel valued. The annual compensation range for this position is stated below. The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:

$126,100.00 - $189,100.00

The Purpose: The Controller of Enterprise Projects and Global Technology is a leadership position overseeing the financial planning, analysis, and management of enterprise-wide transformation projects and the Global Technology function. Key responsibilities include managing software licensing, contract negotiation, business case validation, and standard work, as well as driving transformation and improvement initiatives to optimize labor and investment efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis:

Develop and manage forecasts for Global Technology and enterprise-wide innovation/technology initiatives.

Work with all work stream leaders to create predictable plans and financial strategies to maximize the return on investment while securing service delivery. 

Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and drive corrective actions.

Provide financial analysis including cost-benefit analyses, ROI assessments, and scenario planning.

Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

Software License Management:

Oversee the procurement, renewal, and management of software licenses to minimize cost for Plexus while maximizing the efficiency of our teams.

Negotiate licensing agreements with vendors.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize software license utilization and minimize costs.

Ensure compliance with software licensing terms and conditions

​Enterprise Project Management:

Define, implement and deploy Business Case financial leadership and governance 

Provide financial leadership and guidance for enterprise-wide projects.

Collaborate with project managers to develop project budgets and track spending.

Analyze project risks and opportunities, and support the development of mitigation strategies. 

Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.​

Innovation & Technology:

Develop financial models and metrics to measure the success of innovation initiatives. 

Lead the Technology and Innovation council review for financial performance. 

Create standards for the presentation of metrics for business cases and projects.

Evaluate the financial viability of new technologies and innovation initiatives.

Identify and secure funding for innovation projects.

Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify potential opportunities.

Leadership & Collaboration:

Develop a high-performing team, providing regular feedback, and focus on mentoring, personal and career development, succession planning and career mapping.

Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values. Leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.

Other

Actively participate as a Global Technology Senior Leader to deliver initiatives and services to support the Plexus mission.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and 8 - 10+ years of experience in the related field, or a Master’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in the related field. Previous experience in a management role is required. A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required; a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or related field is preferred.

Five (5) years of related experience is required; One (1) or more years of related experience is preferred.

An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
