We are looking for a Controller (F/M) based in Madrid.
The Controller will be responsible for the execution of controlling tasks and the development of controlling standards, to support the activities and growth of the company group. The goal is to assure all tasks of regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, development of internal control policies and procedures are handled efficiently

Participate in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual resultsImplement the local budget and forecastsCollaborate in the local controlling team, e.g. with a focus on operations or product management controllingIdentify potential for increasing earnings and reducing costsFurther develop productivity management in e.g. the Operations or Product Development areaPrepare standard business analyses for managementCoordinate reporting processes, monitor reporting deadlines, create reconciliation accounts for organizational changesEnsure quality control over financial reportingCollaborate in risk management processes

Academic degree in economics or industrial engineering with a focus on controllingPrevious work experience in controlling and accountingProven software skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and SAPAnalytical thinking skills and good communication skills with a confident, self-assured mannerAbility to work in a team and assertivenessFluent in English and Spanish
