The Flexibles Division has an immediate need for a Multi-Site Controller to support our Aurora, IL, Montgomery, AL and Victoria, Tx locations.   

As a member of our Finance team, the Multi-Site Controller will ensure that reported plant results comply with generally accepted accounting principles. This person will also help improve financial performance by working closely with Plant Management, Operations, Product Line Management, and Sales.  This role will also become the Retail Bags/Sht segment Finance leader with oversite from the Finance Director.  This position will sit in our Aurora, IL facility.  

  Responsibilities Manage plant financial reporting and P&L responsibilities for Flexibles facilities – Aurora, IL, Montgomery, AL, and Victoria, Tx.Work closely with Plant Manager & V.P. of Operations for the facilities to identify and measure ways for improving the profitability of the business.Drive improved financial performance by identifying and executing opportunities to increase sales and reduce costsEnsure the facilities are Sarbanes Oxley compliant.Manage annual budget processCapital planning for plant maintenance and cost reduction projects.Understand and implement best practicesComplete monthly financial reporting requirementsProvide accurate monthly financial forecasts Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experienceUnderstanding of manufacturing costing, inventory, and data processingPrior experience with ERP systems (preferably JD Edwards) and MS OfficeStrong understanding of manufacturing operations desiredUnderstanding of Sarbanes Oxley as related to manufacturing accountingCapability to build/maintain excellent rapport with management staff at each facilityAbility to travel as needed
