This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Financial Reporting Manager
The Financial Reporting (FR) Manager is accountable for leading financial reporting activities within the designated region for all operating companies, overseeing general accounting, financial reporting, and financial systems. This role encompasses the management and execution of the financial close process, internal and external reporting, technical accounting issues, and special projects as assigned by the Regional Controller. Additionally, the FR Manager supports mergers and acquisitions and ensures that all financial information is complete, accurate, and delivered to stakeholders in a timely manner. The FR Manager is also responsible for ensuring compliance with the company’s internal controls over financial reporting. This position requires the ability to operate effectively within a matrix organization, cultivate and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, drive execution collaboratively, and foster a team-oriented environment.
We will count on you to:
Provide strong proactive support for the US & Canada Controller and OpCo controllers
Support the resolution of technical accounting matters including research and documentation
Drive the execution of outsourced accounting processes and reviews key outputs for completeness and accuracy and partners with offshore colleagues to provide training and drive continuous improvement including the preparation of monthly after action reviews.
Be responsible for achieving closing timetables, overseeing and supporting OpCo controllers team in the adherence to regulatory, statutory and tax requirements.
Supports the development regional level accounting policies and procedures where required and presents financial statements for the assigned region.
Coordinates year end statutory, audit and tax financial requirements ensuring the rules and regulations are complied with.
Seen as a trusted advisor by stakeholders, able to act as back-up to the US & Canada Controller in meetings.
What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or similar discipline required.
Experience working in an accounting function role with reporting duties
History of strong stakeholder management experience in a matrixed environment
CPA license

Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $89,100 to $178,200.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
