Besides that, the location serves as the Bosch south-east European sales center for vehicle parts, vehicle-diagnostic equipment, power tools, thermo technical systems and security technologies. Furthermore, corporate functions are also present, such as finance, controlling, purchasing, communication and human resources.

Job Description

Your contribution to something big

► Handling performance controlling related tasks for HR Service

► Preparation and further development of steering fundamentals for H2R

► Business analytics, data gathering, analysis, reporting of performance KPIs

► Automation and standardization of performance KPIs, development of dashboards

► Providing global business partnering to countries regarding their performance

► Defining the further development of KPIs, reporting and ad-hoc requests

Qualifications

What distinguishes you

► University degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Business Informatics, or similar fields.

► With 3 years of professional experience in Controlling, Human Resources, Accounting, or other relevant functions

► Fluency in written & spoken English is needed, fluency in German is an advantage.

► Advanced IT Know-How and a willingness to learn new tools (Automation technologies, MS Office advanced, SAP, Power BI, GenAI)

► Structured, analytical and independent way of working

► Good communication skills and assertiveness

► Willingness to work in teams over different locations in a matrix structure
