Job Description

Your contribution to something big: 

Intern will support on controlling and reporting activities.

 

Controlling related tasks:

- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and analyses using BW and SAP;
- Execute cost accounting tasks during month-end closing and business plan;
- Support controlling activities like accrual management;
- Assist in the preparation of Forecast and Business Plan with planning tools and reporting templates;
- Optimize reporting processes and support improvement projects;

- Support on month-end closing checks to support database team;

- Follow up on EMEA countries submissions

- Prepare and release exchange rate information to the division;
- Analyze personnel figures from all countries on a monthly basis;

- Analysis and report of inventories;

- Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed such as processes documentation.

Reporting related activities:

- Develop and implement reporting tools to improve the efficiency of financial reporting;

- Preparation and creation of financial reports;

- Optimization of upload procedures, data processing, reporting process and support improvement projects;

- Document database and reporting processes.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

- Degree in the field of economics, management, accounting or similar;
- Detail-oriented and organized;
- Commitment to deadlines;
- Cross-functional and cross-process mindset;
- Fluent in English;
- Very good MS Excel skills;

- Knowledgeable about MS Power BI is a plus;
- Team spirit, dynamic, proactive, responsible, strong analytical skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Motivation to work in global teams;
- Willingness to learn.
