WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Under general supervision, plans and conducts moderately complex audits of internal controls covering a broad range of the company’s supply chain and distribution operations to determine if functional areas are conducting operations in accordance with established guidelines, policies, procedures and, governmental and legal requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities Include:

Builds and maintains policy and procedure portal and conducts regular reviews to ensure documentation is accessible, current, and relevant.Works with management and Process Improvement Analysts to identify and document required policies and procedures as needed.Determines the nature and extent of auditing required and builds; adjusts or extends audit programs where necessary.Analyzes functions and provides appraisals of internal control structure of functions or systems.Investigates irregularities and recommends corrective measures.Prepares and reviews audit documentation to ensure adherence to standards, uniformity of procedures, and adequacy of audit.Prepares reports that present the results of audits and recommended corrective actions clearly and concisely.Working with the Process Improvement Analyst, researches issues and makes recommendations to improve policies or procedures accordingly.

The Compensation range for this position is approximately $61,600 - $80,850 and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education.

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 

Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Requires at least 1 year related experience.Must have strong computer skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.HVAC Industry and/or supply chain and distribution experience preferred.Requires the ability to travel as needed.
