The Controls Assurance Automation, AVP is responsible for assessing, monitoring, and automating the organization’s internal controls. This role ensures alignment with regulatory requirements, and operational efficiencies, while fostering innovation in risk management processes through technology integration.
What you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities
Operational Execution: Conduct control testing, monitoring, and documentation activities. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Automation Implementation: Deploy tools that enhance control testing efficiency.
Optimize workflows for testing and reporting.
Risk Identification: Assist in identifying emerging risks and evaluating control effectiveness. Recommend corrective actions to address deficiencies.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a point of contact for internal and external audits related to controls assurance. Collaborate with business units to ensure adherence to controls.
Reporting and Insights: Generate insights from control testing results and prepare detailed reports for leadership. Maintain data accuracy and integrity in all reporting activities.

Experience working in the Financial industry preferred, but not required.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, IT Security, Risk Management, Business or a related field
7+ years of experience in controls assurance, risk management, or automation roles. Experience with automation tools, such as RPA and data analytics platforms.

Salary Range:
$90,000 - $142,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
