Job Title: Controls & Automation Specialist Job Description We design, engineer, and build equipment for the Defense industry. This position is open due to growth/addition and offers the opportunity to be either a Specialist or an Engineer. The Electrical/Controls team consists of 3 Controls Engineers and 3 Controls Specialists. The ideal candidate will come with 3-5 years of experience in electrical control panel construction, strong Electrical Engineering experience, and knowledge of Electrical codes and standards. This role involves spending approximately 50% of the time in the office working on Electrical CAD and/or programming, and the other 50% out on the floor troubleshooting equipment, panels, etc. Candidates must be willing to be hands-on. Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Anoka, Minnesota. Work Environment This is a 100% onsite role.
