**Job Description**
The Controls & Avionics Solutions (CAS) Aftermarket team in Endicott is looking to add a Manufacturing Engineer (ME) to the team. The ME is interwoven within product, processes, projects, and improvements within the entire department, and is leaned on heavily from support and touch labor alike. The aftermarket ME works to ensure that the team has appropriate work instructions to properly disassemble, rework, modify, reassemble, and inspect all the units that the area is responsible for. With legacy items decades old, regular production units, and development units all intermingled within our Work in Process (WIP) it is easy to see that the day to day within the role is kept interesting and that no two days are alike.
The CAS Aftermarket team in Endicott supports aircraft Original Equipment Manufcaturing (OEM) and end users alike with repair of flight control hardware. This requires a cross functional approach where we act as one team for each and every unit in order to turn units in a timely and efficient manner, with quality being the utmost priority.
Skillsets for this role include organizational skills, clear communication practices, attention to detail, ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and specifications, a familiarity with planning software and ability to update them.

**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $70735 - $120250
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
