What’s a typical day as **Controls Coordinator / Administrator** ? You’ll be: + Serving as the primary Controls Coordinator for Information Systems, including the Controls Integrity Management System (CIMS), Hydrocarbon Control Practices (HCP), and Record Management Guidelines (RMG). + Supporting ongoing controls activities such as audit planning, training staff, and conducting access reviews. + Collaborating with the Fixed Asset Team for annual verification and maintaining the system of management controls. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: + Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Business, Economics, or a related field. + Have at least 5 years of experience in information and record management, administration, and data analysis. + Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong presentation abilities. + Advanced skills in MS Excel, including data validation and charting – MS Office Products including Publisher, Word, PowerPoint.
