Our client, a leader in the Oil and Gas industry, is seeking a Controls Coordinator / Administrator to join their team. As a Controls Coordinator / Administrator, you will be part of the operations team supporting refinery and plant initiatives. The ideal candidate will have effective communication, teamwork, and analytical thinking skills which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Controls Coordinator / Administrator I
**Location:** Chicago, IL
**Pay Range:** $25-27 per hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Serve as Controls Coordinator / Administrator for Information systems including Controls Integrity Management System (CIMS), Hydrocarbon Control Practices (HCP), and Record Management Guidelines (RMG).
+ Provides ongoing support to controls activities such as audit planning, coordination, controls training, annual fixed asset verification,
+ Managed associated equipment and calibration tracking systems, facilitating equipment maintenance scheduling, maintaining inventory for HCP, coordination with System Engineers to ensure processes are controlled
+ Develop/maintain controls record index schedules, manage physical and electronic records, POC for related document control for contracts and legal documents
+ Ensure compliance with current policies, standards, and procedures while driving continual improvement in Business Systems throughout the plant.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor’s degree in information management, Business, Economics, or a related field.
+ 3-5 years of experience in fixed asset, process controls, auditing, record management, administration, and data analysis within the Oil and Gas industry
+ Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills in English, ability to work in a fast paced environment
+ Advanced skills in MS Excel, including pivot tables, data validation and charting.
+ Experience with SAP
